Company Profile

I am Jitendra Tukaram Pol, Certified Financial PlannerCM, Professor and the Founder of Routannce.

Back in 1994, when I completed my S.S.C. and interested to do an Engineering but due to poverty I realised that I can’tpursue it. That was my 1st experience in life where I realised that why many people are unable to achieve their dreams. Many reasons are there and money is one of them which brings us back. From that day onwards, I continuously work on how to earn money, how to save money, how to invest money and how to be and make PEOPLE FINANCIALLY FREE. I had one and only one vision – To help people live the life of their dreams by making them Financially Free.

To be honest with you, being a Certified Financial PlannerCM wasn’t one of my top goals starting out. In fact, for a long time, I have been working full-time and taken Education Part-time, Correspondence and online. I was hopeless, helpless and vulnerable due to paucity ofmoney.

The struggle I faced due to money (or rather, the lack of it) turned me into a Natural FinancialAdvisor.(Acertification did no harm).

Myjourney of Life without money unveiled some gruesome truths – one of them being – There are so many people around who are many a times hopeless, helpless and vulnerable due to paucity of money only!

This realisation left a resounding urge in me to help and guide people attain financial freedom with proper Financial(Money) awareness among them.

Since last 25 years in Education field as a Teacher of School Section& Professor of Commerce Section, we have helped thousands of studentsto achieve their career. Many of our students are CA, CS, CMA, Lawyers, Doctors, Engineers, MBA, Post Graduates and working in different fields of Government, Private and Political fields.

Since last 7 years, along with Teaching, we started working in Finance field and creating Financial Awareness among people

Today, we are getting more and more happy when we see smile and happiness of people who are having financial problems earlier and got FINANCIALLY FREE now.
